Sexual Harassment Policies
The Red Bluff Joint Union High School District is committed to providing a work and educational environment free of harassment, including sexual harassment and harassment because of race, religious creed, color, national origin, ancestry, physical handicap, medical condition, marital status, age or any other basis protected by federal, state or local law, ordinance or regulation. Sexual harassment is defined as unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, and other verbal, visual, or physical contact of a sexual nature.
All such harassment is unlawful. The policy applies to all persons in the district and prohibits unlawful harassment by any district student or any employee of the district.
If you are a student who is being sexually harassed, notify a school administrator immediately.
